The Summit Challenge was an exhilarating experience with unique moments and unexpected surprises. Before we even got on the road, we met Steven. He was riding a cool trike that was much narrower than other trikes I’ve seen. He volunteers at the National Ability Center, helping visually impaired people to ski, and he offered to help me out with that once winter comes, which will be a lot of fun!
We rode twenty-five miles with a 1350-foot elevation gain using no electricity because I love my father and thought it would do him some good not to be spoiled once in a while. I was surprised it was a lot of downhill and a lot of uphill, but it was a very good experience for a 25-mile ride. It was beautiful, with lots of lovely scenery.
Then we ran into another Hase Pino somebody else had brought, which surprised all of us because they are made in Germany and pretty much just kept in Europe. So it was a surprise to see another one on this ride.
Thank you for your support. We look forward to seeing you on the Through Your Eyes World Tour!
